Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. All prices are in US dollars. We accept Bankcard, PayPal Express Checkout, Visa, Switch, MasterCard, Solo, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. We do not accept cash, check, money order, or COD. Prices do not include shipping.

Shipping and Handling

We ship regular orders — pre-orders excluded — the same or next business day (M-F) for in stock items subject to shipping and billing verification. Orders placed after 3:00pm ET and on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day. We offer standard and rush shipping via US Mail and UPS. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout. All shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns and Exchanges

We accept exchanges and returns for store credit within 90 days. Store credit is issued for purchase price of the item only, less shipping and handling. Items must be returned in new condition. We will not accept opened CD/DVD/LP. Please contact us for return instructions.

Shortly after we receive your return, you will receive an e-mail with a promotional code which will allow you to place an order online for the new item(s). We will cover the cost of re-shipping only if there was an error on our part in shipping or if the item is defective. Please order carefully and use the sizing charts!

New Zealand

The Postal Service™ has temporarily suspended international mail acceptance to New Zealand due to service impacts related to the COVID-19 pandemic.  Therefore we are not accepting orders from New Zealand at this time.  We will monitor the situation closely, and start shipping as soon as the suspension is lifted.  For more information, please click here.

International Orders

We ship worldwide! Transit times are best estimates and may be extended if your order is held up in customs, or if you live in a remote location.

All international orders are subject to import duties. When goods are imported into a foreign destination, the recipient's government will determine the product value and assess a tariff to be collected on receipt of the goods. These tariffs are typically collected by the delivery agent, such as local post or UPS.

International surcharges, including but not limited to duties, taxes, tariffs and currency exchange fees are not included in the final order price and are the customer's sole responsibility.

Security and Verification

Orders are placed safely using 128-bit SSL encryption technology when you see a padlock in your browser and the URL begins with "https://". Always scan your computer for viruses, spyware, adware, bots, keyloggers and other threats as they can compromise your internet security.

All orders are subject to billing and shipping address verification. Insufficient or incorrect credit card information will delay and possibly cancel your order. Any attempted fraudulent transaction will be reported to the proper authorities.

All transactions are subject to an "authorization hold." This is standard credit card procedure to be able to hold the funds and prevent a card from being "maxed out" before the actual charge is made. Authorization holds usually expire within 24 hours. For more information, click here.

Order Problems?

We will replace any damaged item. We are not responsible for returned or lost orders due to insufficient addresses. Shipping is non-refundable on returned orders -- please check your address carefully. Please contact us if you have a problem with your order.
